Splatts in the Art Room

This is how the story of Splatts continues (by Kaylee, grade 1). You can read the first part of Splatt’s story here and learn a bit more about her here.

My name is Kaylee. I found Splatts in the art room. What a perfect place for Splatts because she blends in with the messy paint in the room. So she can hide easily in there. I held Splatts for a while but she did not put splatters on me. I was glad too, because I’m wearing a really cute girlie outfit today and I don’t want to make it messy. My shirt has a smiley face on it, so I kind of match Splatts.

I think we have a lot in common. I LOVE to eat at McDonalds and Mexican places. I like hanging out with my friends, but they are not rocks. They are people. I think rocks and people can get along just fine. Splatts met my friend Braxtyn who was dancing with Rock Hardy! (he really can’t dance that well, but don’t tell him).

Splatts (GSD10) is part of a series of monster rocks created by students of Gideon School District in Missouri. We invite you to visit all GSD rocks and submit your comments and feedback, it will be much appreciated.

If you have found this rock or would like to continue this story, let us know!
