This is how the story of Blocks continues (by the students of Children’s Palace Daycare). You can read the first part of Blocks’ story here.
We got blocks from a friend of ours who is a Vice Principal of a nearby school. He has been a part of our daycare in Zimmerman, MN. Blocks was sad to hear about all of the flooding in Duluth in June 2012, where he had previously been. He has been having fun playing with 14 kids all month. He has learned how to read, build sand castles, and went on the slip-and-slide yesterday. He also received an award for being the most quiet and the best listener in the daycare.
We are going to send him with our friends this weekend on a trip to Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. We hope he ends up getting to travel the world. We will miss you Blocks!!! Good luck on your adventure!
Blocks (RMS208) is part of a series of ‘Artist’ rocks created by students 8th grade Visual Arts Students in Mrs. Hahn’s class at Rogers Middle School, Minnesota, USA. We invite you to visit all RMS rocks and submit your comments and feedback.
