This is how the story of Mr. H begins (6th grade).
Mr. H was a normal rock. Like every other rock he was lying in the forest all day. He watched the trees moving in the wind, he watched animals looking for food or drinking water from the lake beside him. Sometimes kids were paying at the lake. Mr. H always watched them, he loved to watch everything around him!
One day, a little girl picked him up. She took Mr. H out of the forest. Mr. H who never saw anything but the forest, except lake where he lived all his stone life, looked around with wide open eyes.
“The forest is so different when you walk around some trees!” Mr H thought.
The little girl, who already knew the way out of the forest, started to run. Mr. H was heavy, too heavy for the little girl. She fell on the road that she was walking on.
Mr. H landed beside her. The little girl cried because her knee was bleeding. Mr. H felt sorry he could not help her, he did not have hands or legs to get help her up. Then he thought about talking to her. Mr. H knew that it was forbidden to talk to talk to people.
“Are you fine?”
The girl locked at him.
… to be continued.
