This is how the story of Samanta begins (6th grade).
Once upon a time there was a magical stone called Samanta. She lived in a place called Vininx. One day a boy called Robbie was walking around in the street and found Samanta. He found the stone very nice and colourful so he took it home.
Robbie showed the stone to his mom. His mom was surprised to see such a colourful stone. She said, “Go put it in your room and go out to play.”
Robbie came back home at 7:30 p.m. He went to his room to look at the stone again. He went to his room and picked up his stone, but suddenly something very unexpected happened. The stone started talking ! The stone said, “Hey ! my name is Samanta.”
Robbie was surprised. He didn´t know if it was real or just his imagination. Robbie confusedly asked, ” What did you say ?”
The stone repeated, “I said hey my name is Samanta.” Robbie ran down to his mom and said, “Hey mom did you know that this stone can talk?”
Robbie`s mom thought that Robbie was talking nonsense and did not believe him. But Robbie still knew there was something special about the stone.
The next day Robbie had to go to school alone because his parents had to go to work earlier than usual so Robbie made his way to school on his own. He also took the stone to school with him. He just had to cross the road to reach school. When he started to cross the road he could not see that a car was coming and the car almost crashed him, but then Samanta jumped out of Robbie’s bag and pushed Robbie away.
Robbie could not believe he was still alive he knew he would die but because of Samanta he was alive. From that day Samanta was known as a hero for ever !!
